Looks like people still love Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carrey) and Harry Dunne (Jeff Daniels) because their 20 year reunion in Dumb and Dumber To won the Box Office (making $38 million!), and some good ratings, this past weekend.
20 years after their last crazy adventure across the country, Harry Dunne, unexpectedly, discovers that he has a daughter and decides to tell his old buddy Lloyd Christmas. Lloyd, in turn, after seeing a picture of the girl immediately develops a crush on her, and the two set out on an adventure bent on finding her. Movie critics and every day viewers are mostly in consensus saying the film is just as funny as the original Dumb and Dumber from 1994. It has been a long awaited sequel for die-hard Dumb and Dumber fans and although the actors have grown in many ways – they were still able to effortlessly portray the two silly men who made countless people fall in love with the original film.
